At Gold Plating Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion pieces. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure the gold plating remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
